Bankers Group Custom Construction Loan Programs combine the construction and permanent financing of your project. You qualify once for the loan, lock in the permanent interest rate, only sign one set of loan documents and have up to 12 months to complete your custom construction project.
Under the construction period, only interest is charged on disbursed funds. Upon project completion, then the permanent loan period begins.
If you’re not yet ready to build in Los Angeles county, you can use our lot loan program. This offers both fixed and adjustable rates and can finance up to 90 per cent of the value. Also available are stated income and fully documented loans.
